TRANSPARENT, biaxially oriented polyester film, with post consumer recycled resin (PCR) and with CHEMICAL treatment on one side
Description
- Transparent with excellent thermal and mechanical stability, barrier to gas, water vapor, and aroma
- High performance in converting processes: lamination, printing, metallization, extrusion coating and automatic packaging in vertical and horizontal machines
- CHEMICAL treated side provides enhanced adhesion to inks (rotogravure and flexography), adhesives and varnishes
- Ecophane r10.51 contains at least 30% PET post consumer recycled PCR
- Ecophane r10.51 complies with international regulations for food contact. Specific documents are available upon request
Typical Applications
- General packaging market
- Suitable for (2 or 3-ply lamination) structures with films and/or other substrates
- Not recommended for hot fill. In this case use Terphane 10.21
- Examples: laminated packaging for pet food, powdered milk, coffee, cosmetics and others
